Welcome to the New Support Portal for Microhard Systems Inc. On July 21, 2021 we upgraded and changed to a new/modern platform to deliver better and more secure support! If you had an existing account on our old support portal, we will need you to re-register on the new portal. You do need to confirm your email address to complete your registration, so be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case the confirmation email ends up there!
Also, when registering if you request access to download folders for manuals, firmware, drawings and more, we do manually review/add you to these categories, just due to the nature of our business. If registering during our normal business hours this should be completed fairly quickly, but if after hours, there will be some delay. We do apologize for this delay and try to make it as seamless as possible.

Once you register, we will add you to the requested download categories, as this is done manually, you may not see all the requested sections right away.
