Welcome to our support portal! Using this portal you can submit tickets for technical support or to request an RMA for repairs, you can also download manuals, drawings and firmware. We do require that users register to gain access the download sections. To submit tickets, we don't require registration, but you will automatically be sent an invitation to join. 

Once you register, you can view the the downloads available on the support portal. During the registration process you will get to pick any additional download categories that you may want access to, beyond the default - once we review this, we will update your user account with the requested access. During business hours this process should be fairly quick, and we do appreciate your patience!

Users that registered on our older support portal will need to re-register on this new (July/Aug 2021) platform. During the registration process you do need to verify your email address, so make sure to check those junk/spam folders just in case!
